Digital and Physical Delivery Standards

How Courseecho ensures timely access to all educational resources and services.

1. Digital Product Delivery (Instant Access)

As an ed-tech and counseling platform, the majority of our services are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment for any online course or digital tool, access is granted immediately via your user dashboard.

You will receive an automated confirmation email with login credentials and access instructions. If you do not receive this within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our technical support team.

2. Counseling & Session Scheduling

For services involving 1-on-1 interaction, such as course counseling or education guidance, delivery is defined as the successful completion of the scheduled video or voice call.

  • Meeting links are typically delivered 1-2 hours before the scheduled time via email and SMS.
  • Recordings of sessions (if applicable) are delivered to your portal within 24 hours of the session completion.

3. Physical Materials (Study Guides & Kits)

In cases where physical study materials or 'Career Kits' are part of a program, the following shipping terms apply:

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of enrollment.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on your location in India, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Tracking: A tracking ID will be sent to your registered mobile number once the package is handed over to our courier partner.

4. International Delivery

For students accessing our higher studies guidance from outside India, physical shipping may incur additional charges and longer delivery times (10-15 business days). Digital access remains unaffected by geographic location.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to technical maintenance, public holidays, or logistics disruptions. In such cases, Courseecho will keep you informed via your registered contact details.

Failure to deliver digital access due to a technical fault on our end will be addressed with the highest priority. If access is not restored within 48 hours, users may be eligible for a credit as per our Refund Policy.
