Refunds are processed based on the type of service purchased:
Professional Counseling: If a scheduled session does not take place due to the unavailability of our expert, a 100% refund will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact our support within 48 hours for a review.
Digital Products & Tools: Since digital products provide immediate access to value, refunds are typically not provided once the tool has been accessed. However, we offer a trial period for many of our career roadmap tools to ensure they meet your needs.
Courses: Refund requests for courses are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been consumed.
