Understanding Our Cancellation and Refund Process

At Courseecho, we value transparency and fairness in all our transactions.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel a service or subscription, please notice the following:

  • Cancellations for counseling sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full credit or rescheduling.
  • Digital tool subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard, but access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellations made after the commencement of a live course or program may be subject to partial fees depending on the progress of the curriculum.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the type of service purchased:

Professional Counseling: If a scheduled session does not take place due to the unavailability of our expert, a 100% refund will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact our support within 48 hours for a review.

Digital Products & Tools: Since digital products provide immediate access to value, refunds are typically not provided once the tool has been accessed. However, we offer a trial period for many of our career roadmap tools to ensure they meet your needs.

Courses: Refund requests for courses are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been consumed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are generally non-refundable:

  • Registration fees for certain competitive mock exams.
  • Personalized reports that have already been generated (e.g., Psychometric assessment results).
  • Technical setup fees for institutional partners.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our technical and billing team, it takes approximately 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. We support various payment gateways and ensure that all transactions are processed securely.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Courseecho reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, technical failures on our platform). Our goal is to ensure that your path toward career excellence is supported by a fair and reliable partner.
